Up for auction is an antique 1930's 10k gold plated floral enameled wrist chain compact. It does have some enamel worn off, you can see it in the photos. tI has a 1942 nickel in it. It measures 3 1/4 inches long and 2 1/4 inches wide. Teh clasp is in excellent working order.
The compact still hsa makeup in it. I tested this using a mizar 24 gold tester and it tested out as 10k plated.
